Online support tools

My partner and I started a new startup and immediately decided that we would build everything according to the lean model. It was especially important to minimize support costs. But building it from scratch in a remote format turned out to be not so easy. We reviewed dozens of resources until we found this article — https://www.twine.net/blog/how-to-build-a-remote-support-team-and-save-money/. It clearly explains how to save money without losing quality. After reading it, we understood how to properly form a team, what channels to use and where you can really cut costs. Very powerful and useful material.

Hello! An interesting topic, by the way. In our company, we kept support in the office for a long time, but over time it became clear that this was irrational. Transferring the team to remote work was not just a step towards saving money, but also an opportunity to reconsider the very system of interaction with clients. Now we regret that we did not do this earlier.
