Best dish scrub brush for baked-on food?

I cook a lot and hate when stuff gets baked onto baking sheets and casserole dishes. Sponges just smear it around. Looking for a dish scrub brush that can tackle tough residue without scratching everything up. Any reliable ones?

Baked-on messes are the worst—regular sponges or soft brushes barely make a dent. You need something with firmer bristles that can agitate without being too harsh on most surfaces. I’ve found that medium-stiff nylon works best for me on stainless and glass bakeware. This dish scrub brush I’ve been using does a solid job on crusted cheese and roasted veggies. It has good bristle density so it doesn’t just glide over grease, and the angled head helps get into corners. I usually let things soak a bit first with hot soapy water, then give it a few firm scrubs. It holds up well after weeks of heavy use and hasn’t left any noticeable scratches yet. Definitely better than the flimsy ones I used before.
